Dates 

They are rich in iron, vitamin C, Vitamin B complex, and antioxidants. Boil some dates in milk and have them along with milk.

Apple 

It is a rich source of iron. It also contains other vitamins and minerals. Eat many apples a day if you are anaemic along with it's peel. It will increase your haemoglobin levels thereby alleviating anaemia.

Bananas

 They are rich in iron, potassium and other essential vitamins and minerals. Have bananas daily not only to cure anaemia but also for other health benefits.

Raisins

 They are rich in iron, calcium, potassium and other nutrients. You must have raisins daily to increase your blood levels.

Beet Root 

This is one of the best foods to eat for anemia It is rich in folic acid and potassium. It also contains some fibers. The best way to eat it is to remove it's peel first as the nutrients are just under the peel in the flesh part

Amla

It is rich in vitamin C and helps to cure anaemia and its symptoms. You can have amla juice many times a day. Add honey to it for taste enhancement and it will also supplement iron.
